Enter your connection code in the “Join with Code” box to download the one-time Remote Assistance Client program to your computer. Ask your technician if you need assistance obtaining your one-time use Remote Support code. Open the downloaded program once the download is finished to begin your Remote Support Session. This program can be deleted from your computer after use. Closing this program during a Remote Support Session will terminate that Remote Support Session immediately and permanently.
