Once the Quicksupport client has downloaded, launch the application to begin your remote support session.

The Quicksupport client will not be installed permanently to your computer and will only allow remote support connections to be made to your computer while the Quicksupport client is running. Closing the Quicksupport client will terminate all remote access connections.
